The Teens are feeling fine after using their drugs.... If you don't want them to do drugs, then educate them in school and during the fomative years of childhood. Also, how about SEX? The Teens are doing fine having sex... :) Hehe, Again, education.
Teach the teens the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Allow them to find out who they are, and where to go. It's ultimately their decision to do these things, how are they supposed to know they are bad if nobody told them they were bad and also, WHY they are bad. :)
